We regularly arrange free demo days where you’ll be able to try out kayaks from Sea Kayaking UK, P&H and Rockpool, as well as all our Kari-Tek products. Our demo days are free but you must register with us in advance.

Full range of kayaks to trial

Kari-Tek's demo fleet is one of the largest in the country, and our demo days provide an unrivalled opportunity to try out and compare a huge range of boats, so many that we now provide comparison sheets which you can fill in to keep track of what impresses you about which boat.

We bring along the entire range of Sea Kayaking UK single kayaks for you to trial: the new Pilgrim and Pilgrim Expedition, Romany (LV, standard and S models, plus the plastic Romany S RM), Explorer (LV, standard and HV models) and Greenlander (Pro and Race).

We have the full range of Rockpool kayaks: the Alaw, the Alaw Bach and the Menai 18 plus the new Isel and GT. From Kirton Kayaks we have the C-Trek and Inuk; from P&H we have the Cetus and Cetus LV, the Quest LV, the Sirius, the Capella 161 and the Capella RM.

We’ll also have demonstrators from our newest range, Eddyline kayaks from the US. Our demo fleet now includes the Eddyline Fathom – a lively and responsive fun boat ideal for improving your skill levels – and the Night Hawk.

It's also a great chance to see the whole Kari-Tek product range in action. We have boats fitted with every one of our Skeg Systems including the Hydro Skeg® and the revolutionary new Skeg Rudder System. Try them out on the water with one of our Lendal, Swift Lettmann or Streamlyte paddles. We bring one of our trailers to most demo days, and have our Easy Load Roof Rack and expedition rated canoe and kayak trolley for you to try too.
